Blåst på julkonfekten

Dan Johansson and Tess Paulsen have worked in theatre, film and television for over thirty years - the last fifteen often together - and eventually founded DanTess Teater. Their production Blåst på semestern, about a middle-aged couple whose week in the countryside spirals completely out of control, was a major success and toured the entire country from Skåne to Norrbotten.

Following its premiere at Gothenburg City Theatre in April 2023, the theatre immediately commissioned a Christmas version. In Blåst på julkonfekten, Kattis and Matte spend seven days in a mountain cabin - but their visions of how the week should unfold and what Christmas should entail differ dramatically.

The production is a blend of everyday comedy and improvisation, and is highly interactive. Premiered in December 2024.
