About

The Del Fuegos are a garage-rock band from Boston, Massachusetts, formed in 1980 by brothers Dan and Warren Zanes alongside bassist Tom Lloyd and drummer Steve Morrell. They built their name on the Boston club circuit before signing to Slash Records, releasing four studio albums between 1984 and 1989. Their 1985 album 'Boston, Mass.' - produced by Mitchell Froom - yielded the singles 'Don't Run Wild' and 'I Still Want You', the latter reaching #87 on the Billboard Hot 100. The band is also known for appearing in a widely seen Miller Beer TV commercial and for touring as support to Tom Petty and INXS.
