Mendelssohn and Schubert

Norrlandsoperan's chief conductor Eduardo Strausser leads an evening of two Romantic orchestral works. The programme opens with a shorter piece by Anton Webern, followed by Felix Mendelssohn's Violin Concerto in E minor with violinist Liya Petrova - born in Bulgaria and based in Paris - as soloist.

The evening concludes with Franz Schubert's Symphony No. 9, often called "The Great".

Ticket sales begin 11 August at 12:00. The concert is also part of the season's subscription series, which can be booked now.
